This Workshop invites you to
Name the hurt
Process the emotions
Reauthor the story
You see, grief changes the way we see ourselves, relationships, and the future we thought we would have.
As a small, carefully guided group created to help people understand what grief is doing within them, they can process difficult emotions and find a compassionate way to live with what has changed.
Grounded in spiritual wisdom, trauma-aware care, and evidence-informed approaches to healing, this program creates a safe and supportive environment where participants can be witnessed without pressure, connect with others, and begin to gently reauthor life after loss.
A SACRED JOURNEY OF HEALING THROUGH GRIEF WORKSHOP
Is a structured six-week program that offers understanding, practical tools, and compassionate group support for the many ways grief affects the heart, body, relationships, and daily life.
Whether your loss is recent or many years past, you are welcome to come as you are. Together, space is made for grief, connection, reflection, and the possibility of hope, using Shift Your Lens: Healing Your Stories (trademarked materials).
What others have said...
"I learned how I can live again."
“I finally felt seen and could be myself.”
